I am the Principal Owner/ Broker of Allied Equity and have been in the Real Estate and Mortgage Finance business over 24 years. Haviig experienced the challenges of different economic and business cycles since 1996 has enabled me to gaiin some valuable insight with regards to the dynamics of the Real Estate and Mortgage industry.
Although I am the owner, I still enjoy working as a loan officer. I can assist in Refinance and Purchase loans. I specialize in Conventional, FHA, VA, and also Private Lender and Commercial Loans.
I also hold a Bachelors Degree in Business Finance, (Cal State San Bernardino- 1995), and am licensed by the CA Department of Real Estate Brokers License 01201910 and NMLS license: 359382 and 359090.
I also can assist in real estate purchases as a Buyers Agent through our real estate division (Allied International Realty and Terra Linda Realty). I can help getting you approved for a mortgage and in addition represent you as a buyers agent in your real estate purchase transaction.
